Economic Empowerment

NCBW empowers Black women to achieve financial security and build generational wealth. We believe that economic empowerment is a catalyst of change in our communities and aim to equip and empower Black women and girls with the necessary tools and knowledge to thrive financially. Our economic programs focus on financial literacy, family wealth building, and entrepreneurship and offer comprehensive workshops and seminars that foster economic self-sufficiency.

Our signature program, SISTER-NOMIC$™ serves as a linchpin in our initiatives, fostering a philosophical mindset that emphasizes prioritizing personal financial stability. By ensuring our financial houses are in order, we are able to extend meaningful support to women in the community.
